How we handle your information

What we collect

When you submit our contact or free-consultation form, we collect the information you type in:

• Name — so we know who we’re talking to.
• Email address — so we can reply to you.
• Phone number (optional) — only if you choose to share one.
• Message — whatever you write to describe what you need.

We also automatically record a few technical details about your visit when you load any page on this site:

• Page path and referrer — so we can see which pages are useful.
• UTM tags (source / medium / campaign) — only if a campaign link sent you here.
• Hashed IP address — a one-way fingerprint, not your actual IP.
• User agent — browser and device shorthand.

Where it is stored

Lead records and pageview statistics are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database running on Neon. Server application code runs on Render. Email you send and receive about an inquiry is delivered through Polsia’s email proxy.

Information only ever lives on infrastructure operated by these three vendors — none of it is shared with or sold to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Lead submissions are kept for up to 24 months. After that, they’re deleted along with any associated notification records. We keep them this long so we can refer back to past conversations if you re-engage with us.

Anonymous pageview statistics are kept for up to 26 months so we can compare year-over-year traffic.

Third-party processors

The vendors that handle data on our behalf are:

• Database Neon — managed PostgreSQL hosting (lead and pageview records).
• Hosting Render — runs the application and serves pages.
• Email Polsia Email Proxy — delivers lead notifications and reply emails.
• Payments Stripe — if we ever process a payment through the site, Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — only load if you have accepted or the site is configured to enable them; their data leaves the site under those vendors’ own policies.

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. We don’t load marketing tags before you’ve had a chance to interact with the site.

Your rights — and how to contact us

If you want a copy of the information we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email pake@pacificaisolutions.co. We respond to data-deletion requests within 30 days, usually faster.

If something on this page is unclear, the same address goes to a real person (Pākē) — please write and we’ll fix it.
